Free Insurance Proves Real Boon TWO more SUN readers who met with accidents at football have been compensated this week under THE SUN Free Accident Insurance. D. R. McKAY. of 21 Martin Avenue, Remucra, dislocated liis kneecap while playing for Parnell 11. v Technical Old Boys. He was temporarily disabled from fo lowing his usual occupation and his claim for 10 days’ compensatio'n has been allowed and a cheque for £7 10s forwarded to him. TREVOR LAMBERT, 6 King Edward Street, Mount Eden, fractured a rib while playing for Auckland against Opotiki. Mr. Lambert has been prevented from following his usual occupation and his claim for two weeks’ compensation has been admitted. A cheque for £lO has been duly forwarded to him. These two payments illustrate the value ot THE SUN Free Insurance to anyone engaged in sport or outdoor games. Neither would have been payable under the scheme put' forward in another quarter in imitation of THE SUN’S Free Insurance. Fu ther, THE SUN does not disqualify a reader from the benefits of the scheme should he be insured elsewhere.
