ROUGH WEATHER IN TASMAN SYDNEY, To-day. Exceptionally boisterous weather, with a wind reaching nearly 50 miles an hour, accompanied by heavy rain, is being experienced on the New South Wales coast, causing minor damage in the city and suburbs, and forcing small shipping to seek shelter.
