A group of influential' London and Manchester doctors, including Sir William Milligan, sent a letter to the “Gazette” urging English insurance companies to extend the American principle of enabling a family to contract for periodical overhauling; also to insure against the doctor’s bill and costly operations. They declared that the best method of ensuring; health was the discovery of early indications of illness. —-Sun.
