AUCKLAND V WELLINGTON The following players are requested to assemble at the Newton shed at 7.15 to-night for practice: Paewai, Lucas, Sheen, Hook, Berridge, Meyer, McManus, Keene, Batty. Cathcart, McWilliams, Wanoa, Knight, Hadley, Palmer, Minns, Jenkin. Fletcher, Righton. Fell, Wright and Badeley. It is of importance that all the players should attend, as the final team will be selected from those attending practice. WELLINGTON, Tuesday. The Wellington Rugby team to play Auckland at Auckland on Saturday will be as follows: Malcolm, Rushbrook. South, Cheney, Nicholls, Johnson, Kilby, Oliver, O’Regan, Emerson, Pringle, Taylor. Shearer, Thomas, McHardy (wing-forward). Emergencies: Edgar and Claridge, forwards; McKenzie and Brown, backs. Elvy, who had sustained injuries, and Porter and Svenson were not available. WHANGAREI V N. WAIROA WHANGAREI, Tuesday. The selector, Mr. F. Little, has chosen the following Rugby team to represent Wliangarei against Northern Wairoa on Saturday: Griffen, Kerr Wilson. Findlay. Nicholls, Mackey, Smith. Paki (rover), Morrissey (2), Wells White, Finlay son, Sheriff. Aim. Emergencies: Waterman. Butland, O’Shea.
