Mr. Louis Lewis, by order of the trustee in the deceased estate of Samuel Charles Stretter, will sell at the residence, 24 Enfield Street, Mount Eden, to-morrow, Thursday, at 10.30 a.m., carpenters’ tools and at 11.30 a.m. a good list of furnishings will be offered. Mr. Louis Lewis will be the auctioneer. Messrs. Bye and Selyt will sell at their rooms. corner Pitt Street and Grey’s Avenue, to-morrow (Thursday) at 11 a.m., in addition to their usual list of good used furniture and effects, a fine selection of personal effects, which will be sold at 1 p.m. Mr. H. H. McCarthy will be the auctioneer. The Easy Payment Furnishing and Auctioneering Co., Ltd., will sell at their rooms, IS3 Karangahape Road, opposite Newton Post Office, to-morrow (Thursday), at 1 p.m., a list of good used furniture and effects, comprising oak, rimu and kauri. Mr. E. E. Carpenter is the auctioneer. Messrs. J. H. Ansell and Co. will hold a sale at their rooms, 167 Symonds Street to-morrow (Thursday) at 11 a.m. of superior household furnishings and Spencer piano under bill of sale, and balance of stock of drapery and fancy goods. Mr. J. ; H. Ansell will be the auctioneer.
