SPOIL TO SPARE
MOUNT ALBERT SECTION AUTHORITY FOR FILLING No authority for the deposit'of spoil in the front of a section owned by Mr. Forbes Eady was recollected by Mount Albert councillors when it was reported at last evening’s meeting that the back and front of the section had been filled. Mr. W. Russell said the authority had been extended to the back of the section only. Rock and spoil, however, had gone into the front as well. On the motion of Mr. Russell, it was agreed that the chairman of the Works Committee inspect the section, and ascertain on what authority the front of the section had been filled.
