PRESBYTERIAN ASSOCIATION
NORTH AUCKLAND BODY A conference of Presbyterian Women’s Missionary Union members, held in Whangarei on Wednesday, resulted in the decision to form a North Auckland Presbyterian Association. The gathering was an excellently .representative one, despite the wet day, there being 25 to 30 women present, representing 10 out of tie 13 P.W.M.U. branches in the North Auck-
land Presbytery. This showed the widespread missionary interest in the North and promises well for the future of the newly-formed P.A. The following women were appointed to office: President, Mrs, J. W. Blair, Waipu; vice-presidents, Mrs. IN. O. White, Dargaville, Mrs. .A. M. McLeod, Whangarei, Mrs. G. M. Tule, Mangapai, Mrs. T. H. Burton, Hikurangi; treasurer, Mrs. Dill Maungarapere; secretary, Miss Potter, Kamo.
