At the Sydney wool sales to-day a very' strong market ruled, and the hardening tendency reported at the close of last week’s sales was again in evidence for all free wool showing quality. All sections operated freely. Short faulty anl burry wools, however, were in less keen demand, and values were distinctly easier. Greasy Merino sold to 27Jd. —A. and N. 53.
