KUMEU SHOW
A SUCCESSFUL YEAR The report of the Kumeu Agricultural and Horticultural Society, submitted to the annual meeting, stated that a successful show had been held in February and the finances of the society were in a fairly satisfactory state. Mr. R. F. Bull presided over the meeting, which was well attended. Almost all the members of the retiring executive committee were reelected. Mr. R. F. Bull was re-elected to the position of president. Mr. W. B. Paterson was appointed vice-presi-dent and Mr. J. H. McKinlay was reelected secretary. The committee which has been running the Queen Carnival in aid of the Kumeu Hall funds intends to organise an entertainment in aid of the Show Society at an early date.
