“STATE OF UPHEAVAL” LANG GOVENMENT BLAMED “The finances of New South Wales are in a state of complete upheaval, due to the numerous strikes and the Acts of the Government,” declared Mr. C. Mackley, public accountant, of Auckland, who returned to-day after a three months’ holiday in Australia. The Lang Government, Mr. Mackley prophesied, would be put out of power next month, and Mr. Bavin, the leader of the National Party, would be made Premier.
