“NOT GETTING BEST VALUE” Press Association . GISBORNE, To-day. The Farmers’ Union has decided to approach Hawke’s Bay, Manawatu and Wairarapa woolsellers prior to the forthcoming auctions and ask them to put a reserve price on their offerings. The president asserted that the best values were not being received at auctions at present. Buyers, he said, were on more or less confidential terms with each other. Everybody was organised except the growers.
