GOODSELL’S OFFER TO BURNS By Cable. —Press Association.—Copyright VANCOUVER. Thursday. The sculling champion, Major Goodsell, has cabled an offer to Burns, the Australian champion, to race him at Vancouver on May 24, 1928. Goodsell will not defend his title till then. Barry had challenged him to a race in the autumn, but the challenge by Burns was given first consideration.— A. and N.Z.
