A BROKEN WING
That there are inquisitive fairies you can prove for yourself. A little fairy dropped into a letter box one night, and broke one of her wings as she fell in. A bulky newspaper took her under his care, protecting her from the letters that came tumbling down. Later he gave her a halfpenny stamp off his cover, with which she mended the hole in her tving. So now, when you get a newspaper not sufficiently stamped, you may think it. was the one that was helping the fairy to mend her wing.
