Next to arrive were Tea Doll, Silver Rule, Freehold, Banlet and Flying Binge. Time, 3.3. Miss Potoa led past the stands from Peshwa Troiius, Brigadier Bill, Anchor, Ramblir* Kid, Koauau, San Pedro and fust John, but there were some changes ilong the back. Brigadier Bill took charge hreo furlongs from home, and led into he straight from Anchor, Peshwa, San Pedro, Koauau, Just John and Troiius. in the run home Brigadier Bill beat Author by two lengths, with Just John five engths back. Next to finish were Mouniin Top, San Pedro, Peshwa, Troiius and Taw a hi. SPRING HACK 6 furlongs NASTORI 1 TEA TIME 2 VAST ACRE 3 SPRING HACK HANDICAP Of £175; 6 furlongs 4—NASTOrV. 8.12 1 2—TEA TIME, 8.4 2 {—VAST ACRE. 5.13 .. 3 Scr.: Denier, Cochineal, Blimp, CarrigalUn, Break o* Day and Vigilant. Time, 1.17. Xas tori completed a treble, winning on each of the three days, by capturing the Spring Hack. Vast Acre, Tea Time, Te Kawana, Nastori, Bin ky Days, Cione, Reckless, Volplane and Mon Desir was he order at the end of the first furlong, and a f the home turn. Tea Time had a slight call over Vast Acre, with Te Kawana, Nastori, Polydectes, Reckless and Bronstell following. Hard ridden Nastori got up to beat Tea Time by a head, wth Vast Acre th -ee parts of a length away. The next home were Avro, Henna, Reckless, Te Kawana and Bronstell. N.Z.
