BLANCHE MEHAFFEY Blanche Mehaifev whose recent starring: roles have been in “The Runaway Express” and opposite Reginald Denny in “Take it From Me,” was born in Colombus, Ohio. Her mother was a well known concert singer, and Blanche,
Douglas Mac-Lean has completed the filming of “Soft Cushions” the comedy novelty which he is producing for Paramount. Sue Carol, Mac Lean's “discovery” whom he recently placed under long-term contract will play opposite the comedian. Frank Leigh and Russell Powell won the coveted roles of the comedians’ boom companions in the story.
