WHITE RANEE’S SON

The State of Pudukota, in the Madras Presidency, is seething with excitement because it is rumoured that the Rajah lias abdicated, and is pressing the claim of his son as successor. The Ranee, a beautiful white woman of Australian birth, is now in London with her husband. In an interview the Rajah said he had not abdicated, but had handed over the management of his State to his brother.
