Mr Wayne Bidwell At T heeler Lad been closely identified with temperance work in America for many years, had been superintendent of the Onio anti-Saloon League before becoming general counsel and legislative superintendent r.f the national organisation. He was a. lawyer by profession. He was born in Ohio m 1869, and studied at Oberli.n University.
