“SPECIAL DELIVERY”
EDDIE CANTOR’S NEXT Eddie Cantor realises a secret ambition of many years’ standing in "Special Delivery,” his next comedy starring vehicle for Paramount. “All my life I have wanted a letter carrier’s whistle,” the former Broadway comedian declares. “Not just any kind of whistle, but the kind the postman in my neighbourhood used when I was a kid. “So when I wrote the story for ‘Special Delivery,’ I planned it so I would play the role of a new chum postman. Now I am blowing the whistle all day long and I’m being paid for it.”
