MADGE BELLAMY Madge Bellamy, now playing the featured role in the Fox attraction, "Colleen,” directed by Frank O’Connor, is a Texas girl. She began her career as a classical dancer. Later she went to New York and secured a part in “The Love Mill.” Thereafter Madge played the title role in "Pollyanna” for George Tyler and then appeared in "Dear Brutus”

with William Gillette. Entering motion pictures, she was soon starred in “Lorna Doone,” "Hail the ‘Woman” and “The Hottentot” for Thomas Ince. For the past three years Miss Bellamy has appeared in Fox pictures, among them "The Iron HorSe,” “Lazybones,” “Sandy,” "Summer Bachelors” and "Ankles Preferred.”
