Invalid’s Suicide.—John Hay Ferguson, a married man aged 60, who has been an invalid for some time, was found dead at his residence at NorthEast Valley, Dunedin, with the gas turned on and a towel over his face. The coroner returned a verdict of suicide by gas-poisoning while in a state of extreme mental depression caused by illness.—Press Association.
