THE Canterbury Owners and Breeders’ Association is still making its presence felt among the various Trotting Clubs throughout the Dominion. When the Methven Club was arranging its programme, the Southern organisation submitted what it considered would be a suitable sc hedijl e , and, after due consideration, it was adopted with very slight alteration. The date of closing nominations for the Greymouth sprinq fixture was considered not to be quite in the interests of owners generally, and a request was made that the date for receivinq entries be deferred. . This was agreed to.
