WAIPU FIRE
BIG HOUSE DESTROYED ONLY PERSONAL EFFECTS SAVED Press Association. WHANG ARE I, To-day. A fire last evening totally demolished one of the largest residences in Waipu with the whole of the elaborate furnishings, except a few personal effects of the occupier, Dr. Martin. The property was owned by the Whangarei Hospital Board.
