PRESENTATION Mr. F. M. Mullions, a settler at Gate Pa, having sold his farm, he and Mrs. Mullions intend taking a trip to America. On Thursday evening a large number of their friends gathered at the residence of Mr. Nicholls to tender the departing settlers a farewell social. Musical items were contributed by various guests. Uuring the evening Mr. Nicolls, on behalf of their friends, made presentations to Mr. and Mrs. Mullions. In making the presentations reference was made to the esteem in which both were held. Mr. Mullions, in responding, said he hoped to come back and take up his residence at Gate Pa again.

At an executive meeting of the Tauranga A. and P. Association it was decided that the association affiliate with the North Island A. and P. Association and that the secretary attend the North Island A. and P. secretaries’ conference.
