Bernard John Seymour, second Baron Coleridge, was a Judge of the High Court of Justice (King’s Bench Division) from 1907 to 1923; Commissioner of Assize (Midland Circuit), 1907-8. He was born in 1851, and succeeded his fattier in 1594. He married a daughter of Dr. Mackarness, Bishop of Oxford.
