JEWELLERY MISSING TWO MEN ARRESTED Press Association. DANNEVIRKE, Saturday. Albert Arthur Dempsey (17) and Walter Frederick Dempsey (20), hailing from Waimate, Canterbury, while passing through Southern Hawke’s Bay yesterday, are alleged to have called at the houses of Alfred Gray, near Woodville, and Donald Nicholson, at Piri Piri, ard to have stolen jewellery and other articles valued in all at over £ 30. They were arrested late last night in bed near Norse wood, and appeared in the Dannevirke court this morning, charged with burglary and theft, and were remanded until Monday.
