The weather was fine this morning for training operations, and the track was in good order, although there was rain overnight. Mask and Damarie were sent six furlongs together, both going well and registering 1.18 1-5. In the Shade and Le Choucas traversed a similar distance in 1.18. Star Stranger and Eden Hall were associated over seven furlongs, which took 1.29 2-5. Kiosk and Star Area were together at the end of a five furlongs run 1.4 4-5. Great Charter moved well in a sixfurlong spin with Doree, the time being 1.17 4-5. Marion’s Birthday and Second Wind ran half a mile in 521, while Mandarine covered six in 1.21. Prince Humphrey finished in front of Wet Paint and Quantum at the end of three furlongs, which took 37sec. Knightlike and Shot Silk took a second longer. Grand Knight slipped over five furlongs in 1.2 3-5.
