ONLY THREE UNOPPOSED By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Reed. 9.50 a.m. LONDON, Sunday. VOMINATIONS for the Dail Eireann have closed. Only three members were returned unopposed. For the other 149 seats there are about 260 candidates. A telegram was received at Mr. Cosgrave’s meeting in Cork from Mr. Walsh tendering his resignation. It was announced that Mr. Cosgrave would himself contest Cork City with three other Government candidates. —A. and N.Z.
