ASSISTING TRADERS
NEW ZEALAND CREDIT COMPANY New Zealand Credits, Limited, a public company, has been registered with an authorised capital of £IOO,OOO, of which 90,000 are ordinary shares, and 10,000 are 9 per cent, cumulative preference shares. The present issue is 25,000 shares, comprising 20,000 ordinary and 5,000 preference shares. The company is a general finance one, dealing in all forms of financing, but more particularly the transaction of the cash order business.
New Zealand Credits, Limited, has been organised with the object of assisting traders in the extension of this important part of their business—the credit department.
