PUKEKOHE TENNIS
HILL CLUB MEETING On Wednesday evening the annual meeting of the Pukekohe Hill Lawn Tennis Club was held, Mr. J. Gathercole presiding. The balance sheet revealed a good credit after an acre of land had been purchased and new courts made. Officers elected were:—President, Mr. G. Gathercole; vice-presidents, Messrs. A. Donald and A. Middleton: secretary, Mr. J. Hooper: auditor, Mr. E. D. Wilkinson: committee, Messrs. W. J. A. Moore, J. Middleton, A. Donald, Mesdames Moore, Hooper and Donald; selectors, Messrs. Moore, 3. Middleton and Hooper. The opening day was fixed for October 29.
