GAIETY IN CAMBRIDGE

HUNT CLUB BALL POINT TO POINT RACES (From Our Own Correspondent.) CAMBRIDGE, To-day. The Waikato Hunt Club annual ball was held last night in Cambridge. This is always looked upon as one of the greatest social events of the season. There was an attendance of about 800, including many visitors from Auckland, Hamilton and all parts south of Auckland. It was a brilliant success in every way. A large number of huntsmen are in Cambridge for a week’s hunting and the Waikato Club’s annual carnival, concluding with a point to point hunt meeting to-morrow.
