1928 TOURNEY IN AUCKLAND Press Association. WELLINGTON, Wednesday. The annual conference of the New Zealand Basketball Association was continued to-night. It was decided that the rings on goal posts be of a uniform circumference of 16in, and that two straight lines, 18m apart, be used in the centre base, instead of the circle now used It was also decided that the referee throw up at the same side always The teams at the New Zealand tourney are not to be asked to play more than two matches a day, and the tourney is not to last more than five days The 1928 tourney will be held In Auckland.
