LUCK OF GORMAN
A ONE-EYED ROLE Charles Gorman, veteran characteractor playing in the Caddo production, “Two Arabian Knights,” for United Artists, ten days ago had the role of an extra. Gorman cut himself in the eye with a bayonet while on location and as a result of the accidental cut his eye closed completely. Director Lewis Milestone last week cast Gorman as the one-eyed commandant of a German war camp, a much more important role in the film.
