TOURNAMENT ENDS AUCKLAND WINS CUP Press Association. WELLINGTON. To-day. The basketball tourney was completed in the Harbour Board shed owing to inclement weather. Auckland, having won all matches, wins the tournament and the cup. Wellington is second with five wins. This morning Auckland beat Southland, S3 —33; Wellington beat Canterbury, 42—13; Otago beat Ashburton. 38—26.
North Island plays South Island this afternoon.
