NORTHLAND HOMING CLUB

The first race of the Northland Homing Club’s season will be held on Saturday next, when 32 yearling birds, all the property of Whangarei owners, will be released at Helensville at noon, to fly to Whangarei, an air line of 77 miles. Birds will be basketed at 230 on Friday afternoon to catch the express. The next flight will be on the following Saturday, when birds of the same class will be set free at Pukeiohe.
