“No Need for Indecent Haste”
RAGLAN CANDIDATE REFORM ORGANISER ARRIVES “There is no need for indecent haste,” said Mr. D. Hebenton, Dominion organiser for the Reform Party, in answer to questions regarding the probable candidate for the Raglan electorate. Mr. Hebenton arrived from "Wellington this morning, and will go on to Raglan shortly. He said to-day that no official selection had yet been made by the Reform Party, and that nothing definite would be done for some days. Asked whether Mr. A. IT. Waring would be a candidate, Mr. Hebenton said he did not know. The same reply was given regarding Mr. Walter Seavill.
“It has been said that we have been rather slow,” said Mr. Plebenton, “but I don’t think there is any necessity to rush the selection.”
