A BRIEF MAYORALTY—The appointment of Mr. E. E. Copsey as Mayor of Avondale has been made by the Gov-ernor-General. But as steps are being taken to bring Avondale into the city within the next few days, Mr. Copsey’s mayoralty will be of a brief duration.
