NEW ROLE FOR MADGE BELLAMY Those who remember the happy-eo-luclty portrayal of Madge Bellamy in “Sandy” and her even more airy, lilting performance in “Summer Bachelors,” will welcome the news that she hits been given the title role in “Colleen.” In this Fox attraction Madge plays the part of a winsome, wistful lighthearted, true-loving Irish lass. The director, Frank O’Connor, is as Irish as the Ould Sod. So, too, is evervone in the cast, except Sammy Cohen. His sidekick from “What Price Glory,” Ted ''cNumara, will divide the comedy the mirth-pro-voking Samuel.
