Mr. and Mrs. H. McKail-Geddes returned to Auckland this morning - by the Aorangi from Sydney. Group-Captain P. E. M. Fellowes, D. 5.0., A.D.C., R.A.F., and Mrs. Fellowes are staying at the Grand Hotel. Mr. and Mrs. P. S. A. Georgeson returned from Australia by the Aorangi this morning. * * * Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Nicholson returned by the Aorangi from Sydney this morning. They will leave later for Christchurch. * * * Mrs. H. Cray, of Cambridge, is staying at the Commercial Hotel. Mr. and Mrs. F. R. Jones, of Christchurch, arrived by the Limited this morning. They will leave for America by the Aorangi to-morrow. Miss Daphne Knight has been spending a few days at Rotorua. She will leave this week for Hawera, where she is to judge the dancing sections of the local competitions, and will return to Auckland early in September. Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Craig have returned to Auckland from a visit to the South. Miss Landels, of Hastings, is the guest of Mrs. A. M. Ferguson, Victoria Avenue, Remuera. * * * Miss Ailsa Hacket left on Friday for the winter sports gathering at the Tongariro National Park. Mr. and Mrs. McMillan Bull, Opetonui, Tererenga, are staying with Mrs. M. Louisson, Remuera Road.
