MR. PERCY G. RILEY-TAYLOR PUKEKOHE, To-day. Mr. Percy G. Riley-Taylor, a prominent Onewhero farmer, and a member of the Raglan County Council, has decided to accept nomination for the Raglan seat in the interests of the Reform Party at the forthcoming byelection.
