HOSPITAL AUXILIARY

APPEAL FOR SICK POOR The depot committee of the Auckland Hospital Auxiliary is appealing to the public for comforts for distribution among the sick and poor in the hospital. Fruit, flowers, eggs, jam—anything to cheer and help the sick, who cannot afford these comforts—will be welcomed. Clean, well-mended garments of every kind and size are especially needed in order to carry on the work. Gifts may be left any day except Saturday and Sunday at the auxiliary depot, near the Nurses’ Home in the hospital grounds.
