WATERSIDERS’ SHED r.M. DISMISSES GAMBLING CHARGE Holding that the game had not been played in a public place, Mr. E. C. Ciltten, S.M., at the Police Court yesterday dismissed information against J. L. Boyd, J. Davern and R. Robinson. three waterside workers who had been charged with playing a game of chance. The evidence was that the game had been played in a shed open only’ to waterside workers, and the magistrate ii ld that this could not be regarded as a public place.
