CHARGE OF PERJURY Press Association. INVERCARGILL, Thursday. George Scandrett, a former police sergeant, appeared in the Supreme Court again to-day to answer charges of perjury, the jury having failed to agree yesterday. For the second time the jury disagreed. and a fresh trial was ordered at the next session of the Supreme Court.
