BABY’S DEATH
ACCIDENTALLY SCALDED The infant son of Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Allen, of 20 Bracken Avenue, Epsom, who was accidentally scalded in a bath on Wednesday, died in the Auckland Hospital yesterday. The child had been placed in the bath and the water turned on, it not being known that the hot water system. which had been defective, had been repaired the previous evening.
