SHIP IN. HEAVY SEA (British Official Wireless. Copyright) RUGBY, Tuesday. In a heavy sea in the Channel yesterday evening the battle-cruiser Tiger and the destroyer Salmon went to the assistance of the naval drifter Sheen, which was in difficulties while on her way from Portsmouth to Portland. The Tiger found the Sheen 23 miles off the Portland Bill and brought her safely to port.—A. and N.Z.
