RUGBY FIXTURES
SATURDAY’S GAMES Following are the Union Rugby fixtures for next Saturday:— Representative Match. —Hawke’s Bay v. Auckland, Eden Park No. 1, 3 p.m., referee to be selected by Hawke’s Bay. Third Open Grade. —Grafton v. Ponsonby, Eden Park No. 3,2 p.m., Mr. E. Rule. Third Intermediate Grade. —Otahuhu v. Ponsonby, Eden Park No. 1, 1.30 p.m., Mr. G. Peace. Fourth Grade. —Grey Lynn v. Eden Park No. 2, 1.30 p.m., Mr. M. Kronfeld. If any of the above appointed referees are selected for the representative match, Mr. C. F. Pauli will take his place. In the event of No. 1 ground not permitting of the curtain-raiser being played, the Otahuhu v. Ponsonby game will be piayed on No. 2 ground and the match set down for that ground will be postponed to a later date.
