Mr. George Walker will sell by public auction at bis rooms, 38 Queen Street, to-morrow, Friday, at 10.30 a.m., a monster sale of high-class modern furnishings. At 1.30 p.m. he will sell, on behalf of a deceased estate a magnificent upright grand piano. The Auckland Auctioneering Co., Ltd., will sell at their rooms, S Customs Street W, to-morrow, Friday, at 10.30 a.m., the furniture and furnishings of six rooms on behalf of the trustees in a deceased estate. At 1 p.m. the sale will be continued on a stock of linen goods, gent’s and ladies’ clothing. Mr. C. Chegwidden, automobile auctioneer and valuer, will sell at his rooms, High Street, opposite Central Hotel, among a. list of good used cars and accessories, a 1924 model Ace motorcycle and side-car.
