COASTAL MOVEMENTS— The Kaimanawa is to leave Auckland i a t 10 o'clock to-night for Portland to load ! cement for Wellington and Lyttelton. I The Kurow, from Bluff, sailed from ! Wellington at 6 p.m. yesterday for Lyti telton and Auckland. She is due here i about Sunday, and, after discharge here, will load for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Bluff. The Katoa, en route from Dunedin, Timaru and Lyttelton, left Wellington at 10 p.m. yesterday for Auckland, where she is due on Friday. After discharge here the vessel will probably proceed to WestThe Waipiata left Auckland shortly after 5 p.m. yesterday for Wellington, Dunedin, Oamaru and Timaru. The Wingatui left here last evening for Lyttelton direct and loads there early next week for Auckland. The Waimea, which sailed yesterday afternoon for Gisborne and aNpier, returns here on Sunday. The Gunbar sailed this morning for bays, Gisborne and Napier, and is expected back at Auckland about Friday week. The Westmoreland, at present discharging Liverpool cargo at Auckland leaves at 5 p.m. to-day for Napier, Wellington, Lyttelton and Port Chalmers to complete. The Cymric Pride, now landing sugar at Chelsea, leaves on Saturday for Westport for bunkers, thence Makatea Island to load for Australia. The City of Carlisle arrived at Lyttelton this morning from Wellington, and leaves to-morrow for Dunedin and Tasmania to land the balance of her New York cargo. The Walcheren leaves Wellington today for Lyttelton, Dunedin and Australia to put out the remainder of her Montreal cargo. The Port Albany arrived at Auckland this morning from Wellington, and sails to-morrow for Dunedin and Melbourne. The Portland sails this afternoon for Whalcatane. The Ronaki arrived last evening .from Portland. The Hikurangi arrived back last night from Onerahi. The Parker-Lamb Timber Company’s tug Akaroa arrived at Auckland yesterday from Mokau with a raft of logs in tow. The Apanui, leaving at midnight tonight for the Great Barrier, returns to port again at 7 p.m. to-morrow. The Pono sails at 3 p.m. to-day for Wananaki, Tutulcaka, Whangaruru, and Kerikeri. The Matangi, leaving at 7 p.m. to-day for Tauranga, returns again at 7 a.m. on Friday. The Hauiti, leaving at S p.m. to-day for Kopu and Tnrua, arrives back again at 6 p.m. to-morrow. The Rangitoto, which was to sail for Thames at 11 a.m. to-day, is expected to arrive back again at 8.45 p.m. to-mor-row. The Omana, arriving back from Waiheke at 7 o’clock this evening, sails again at 7.30 a.m. to-morrow for Kawau, Mullet Point and Matakana.
The Waipu, which was expected to arrive from Kerepeehi at 10 a.m. to-dav, sails again at 10 p.m. to-morrow on the return trip.
