BRITANNIA
RISKY BUSINESS" The tragedy of the “in-betweens.” That exfiresses one phase of a film story that brings to the screen a new treatment of that most popular of themes, the womans emotional battle between her love of a man and her love of the comfort, security and luxury of wealth. “Risky Business,” Vera Reynolds’s latest star vehicle which will be presented at the Britannia Theatre tonight, is far from a tragedy, however. It literally bubbles with comedy. Directed by Alan Hale, this story of a girl who thought she was wealthy and a mother who played a desperate game to avert financial disaster forms one of the most entertaining and satisfying cinema treats ever screened. A splendid cast supports Miss Reynolds in “Risky Business.” Kenneth Thomson, young leading man of stage fame but appearing in his first camera role in this picture, plays opposite the star.
