Auckland Ladies The members of the Auckland Ladies’ Golf Club will play the first round for the W. R. Wilson Cup on Friday. In the final of the handicap match play foursomes for the captain’s prize, Miss E. Culling and Miss M. Cooper defeated Mrs. Marshall and Mrs. Watson. 7 and Glendowie Ladies The members of the Glendowie Ladies’ Golf Club will play the first round of the championship to-morrow. Miss T. Cox. Rotorua Club The Rotorua Golf Club's championship has reached the final stage. In the semifinal of the senior grade Hulton beat fa. Carr 2 and 1. Hulton played faultless golf and went round in 78. He had the misfortune to break his iron half through the game. The final is between Hulton and M. Carr, and a. good contest is expected. Waiuku Club The semi-final of the Waiuku men’s junior championship was played on Saturday and resulted in Aldred beating Munro 4 up and 2 to play. Aldred now plays Barker in the final. Duthie Cup. —The following are the results of the second round of the Duthie Cup competition:—Miss Gl.vnes beat Mrs. Forbes, 2 and 1; Miss Aldred beat Miss Smith, 3 and 1; Miss U. Muir beat Miss Neil, 3 and 1; Miss Ducker beat Mrs. Harkness, 2 up; Miss Barriball won from Mrs. Colbeck by default; Miss Sullivan beat Miss Barnaby, 4 and 2; Mrs Christianson beat Mrs. Barker, 6 and 4; Miss AVest beat Mrs. Hull by default. Barstow Vase.—A match for the Barstow vase was played during the weekend, and resulted in a comfortable win for Miss Neil, with a nett score of 86. As this makes the second win for Mlsa Neil in this event, the vase is held by her for’ the year.
