OTHERS FORCED TO SHELTER By Cable. — Press Association.—Copyright Heed. 9.5 a.m. LONDON, Sunday. The Brixham regatta was won by the King’s yacht Britannia, which was the only one to finish. The remainder Of the competing yachts, including Shamrock and White Heather, ran to shelter from the gale that was blowing.—A. and N.^.
